Shipping policy
🔺Order Cancellations: Any order may be cancelled prior to shipping. Once an order has shipped, all sales are final. Prescott Bath Boutique reserves the right to cancel any unshipped orders. Prescott Bath Boutique also reserves the right to cancel or adjust any orders when communication with our customer has been unsuccessful. In many cases an "unverified address" will lead to an order delay or cancellation. We will make every attempt to contact our customers in order to verify the shipping location. Please double check your shipping address before purchasing. A full refund will be provided in this scenario when appropriate.
🔺Missing packages and non-delivery claims: All shipments include tracking and delivery confirmation. Shipments marked as “delivered” by the USPS but claimed to be “undelivered” by the customer are not the responsibility of Prescott Bath Boutique. Such claims will not result in refunds or replacements. If you believe your package is missing, please contact your local USPS office as they are best equipped to locate your package.
🔺Theft: Mail theft is a crime and should be reported to the proper authorities. Prescott Bath Boutique is not responsible for theft and will not provide replacement packages. If you would like signature confirmation to be added to your order, please contact Prescott Bath Boutique immediately. A secondary purchase will be required to cover the additional cost of the service.
🔺In-Transit Delays: Once an order has been shipped, your package is no longer under the control of Prescott Bath Boutique. Delays in transit are always possible. In some cases, USPS may not keep up with in-transit scans. Please keep in mind Prescott Bath Boutique has the same tracking information you have. If your order is delayed, please be patient. This does not mean your order is lost. In transit delays are out of the control of Prescott Bath Boutique. Refunds will not be issued for delayed packages.
🔺All orders ship via USPS with tracking and delivery confirmation. Orders of $250 or more will require signature confirmation upon delivery, no exceptions.
🔺Damaged Items: If your items arrive damaged, please capture photo documentation of the damage and contact the USPS and Prescott Bath Boutique immediately. Prescott Bath Boutique will file a claim on your behalf but will need proof and documentation from you to file the claim.
